I am currently conducting some research for my final year project, and would be extremely helpful of any help any of you could offer. It requires simply completing a short questionnaire.

I am looking into levels of self esteem in relation to ballet dancing at a professional level, ballet dancing at a recreational level and students studying performing arts.
